54: The not quite magic enough number

The Guardian newspaper today has a long piece analysing why the Labour backbench 'plot' to oust Gormless from Downing Street failed.

Buried deep in the piece by Allegra Stratton is the not-so-magic number of '54'.

Stratton suggests that the number of Labour MPs sick to the back teeth of McBuffoon - or sufficiently doubtful of success with Gormless to want him out - numbered '54'.

But despite reports they would go public if they got more than fifty names together, they were still short of the 71 which would have triggered a leadership contest... had they been able to unite behind one candidate.

In the end, they bricked it as you know.

One of the things used to blackmail people not to support the plan was the idea that if it triggered a General Election now and the Conservative Party won, then the people of Britain would get a referendum on the EU Lisbon Treaty.

And, as you know, ZaNuLiebour want to surrender our country to their globalist puppetmasters - without giving the British people a say in their surrender.

Anyway, next time you see scenes from Westminster and you see Labour MPs going 'rah-rah-rah' and cheering their Gormless leader while sending their schoolboy 'David Icke lizard-like' Foreign Secretary to Brussels to give away more of our country, just remember that roughly one in six of them know deep in their hearts that they are putting on a show... and betraying you and our country in the process.
