Unofficial national 'be kind' day... do it for Diana

Had she not be killed unlawfully (actual official inquest jury finding) in a Parisian underpass, today - July 1st - would have been the 48th birthday of Diana, Princess of Wales.

The Talking Clock hopes that people will always celebrate the goodness that radiated out of Diana - a truly remarkable lady - and so, on this her birthday, we ask that you consider taking part in our unofficial national 'be kind' day.

Wherever you are today and where opportunity arises, be kind to someone in memory of Diana's many charitable and humanitarian endeavours.

Whether that involves sending £20 to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's charity or one of the other charities Diana supported, whether that involves giving up your seat on the bus to someone elderly or infirm... whatever it involves, engage in one act of genuine kindness today and - if you get chance - mention Diana so that her charitable works and the fantastic woman that she was may continue to be remembered with positivity.

Happy birthday Diana... wherever your spirit dances now.
