So, will Ireland vote for Blair to be their President?
No, they did that already. They voted 'no'.
This time, they're voting again because the people in Europe didn't like their first answer.
It's called democracy, apparently.
So, while we hope that the Irish will stand firm and vote 'no' again, we must allow a wry smile to cross our lips at the thought of the nation which long struggled for independence from Britain might today vote to have a new President...
...Tony Blair as President over Ireland. How ironic would that be?
And when will we get the referendum that Blair promised us?
Isn't all of this almighty power wordsmith-ing and revolving door-ing all rather ironic and amusing in a sense... if it weren't so serious, we might actually laugh at it all.

There is some interesting data suggesting that keeping your vitamin D level optimal will prevent colds, flu and in particular H1N1 (swine Flu). The Canadians are taking the data very seriously and starting studies to see if Vitamin D can prevent Flu
