Was Irish "do it again" vote fair?

The following video has nothing to do with this blog. We're just flagging it for the attention of fellow British patriots.

The original poster of this YouTube clip has posted on YouTube:

"Official police action requested by video originator

Earlier on October 5th this matter was brought to the attention of senior Garda Síochána members at Anglesea Street Garda station in Cork where the evidence was formally presented and an official Garda investigation requested.

The Gardai have also been requested to ensure that ratification of the Lisbon Treaty is put on hold until they can provide assurances that nothing untoward has taken place in Cork or in any other referendum centre"
