The Government is rushing naked body scanners into airports. They have not been evaluated yet and the EHRC thinks they are very dodgy indeed.
The Government is dictating that you WILL be seen naked via a cancer causing machine... or else! You will be exterminated! (probably)
Meanwhile, a man who WANTS to be naked by his own choice - Steve Gough, aka 'The Naked Rambler' - languishes in a Scottish prison for... nothing but being naked.
So, you will do enforced nudity when the Government dictates it, but not out of free will..?
The info that we've seen circulating reads: "Steve Gough has been sentenced to another 21 months in prison, which will make it 8 years by the time he comes up for release again."
EIGHT YEARS!!! Do murderers get eight years? So, why does a naked bloke? What for? Possession of a human body?
Or is he in prison for expressing a free choice..?
Nudity is fine if the Government demand you do it, but not if you want to? That's New Labour!
The message we've seen - dated yesterday and posted on the internet by a legitimate third party source - continues:
...after writing about his plans to appeal as far as he can in the UK, he adds "If no joy there, then it will have to be a petition to the Human Rights Courts at Strasbourg." If there is anyone who can advise him on that, please get in touch [with] Steve direct, by writing to:Do give all your support to Steve, if you can.
Stephen Gough,
Prisoner No. 81590
Segregation Unit
HMP Perth
3 Edinburgh Road
PERTH, Scotland.
PH2 8AT
I had no idea he was in jail.
ReplyDeleteIts utter madness to keep locking him up... and ironic; as Sheriff MacFarlane was told that the bill for dealing with Gough had cost the public an estimated several hundred thousand pounds.
They should release him and leave him alone. Very few members of the public have complained about his activities and so you have to ask what purpose dragging him before a judge serves?
