Naked body scanners: Health risks being quietly discussed, but hey - Carry On Scanning, New Labour!
According to the Bloomberg story, the report warns that: "Governments must justify the additional risk posed to passengers, and should consider 'other techniques to achieve the same end without the use of ionizing radiation'."
Bloomberg also state: "European Union regulators plan to finish a study in April on the effects of scanning technology on travelers’ privacy and health."
Which figures. Why wait for the European Empire to report on such a trivial matter?
Under the totalitarian New Labour regime which surrendered the people's sovereignty without our consent, we have to do everything in this country that the European Empire tells us... except on matters involving civil liberties. On these, the tyrannical New Labour Government simply ignores rulings from the European Court of Human Rights or tries to work out sneaky dodges to get around rulings.
They simply carry on, no matter what the European Court of Human Rights tells them.
But any other ruling from the European Empire - New Labour submit and surrender our sovereignty, democracy and independence at every opportunity.
Now it's New Labour tyranny and degradation - and to hell with the risks to our health.
A recent report revealed that portable naked body scanners for the high street are being developed in the Netherlands.
'We are New Labour and you will get naked for our photo booths now! It's for your safety! (...unless the radiation gives you cancer, but we're keeping quiet about that).'
