Labour humiliated as even their European Empire buddies order them to cut spending

Gordon Brown and the Labour Party are humiliated today - as even their European Empire buddies are set to issue a scathing assessment on the state of Britain's finances.

Our Unelected Prime Minister Gordon Brown - who signed us up to the Lisbon Treaty without the referendum we were promised and who claims he has 'saved the world' economy - has spent much time over recent weeks attacking the Conservatives for their economic policy; claiming that they will impose harsh cuts to public services.

However, that election strategy lies in tatters today - after the European Empire is set to order the Labour Government to drastically curb it's spending.

Brussels gets to interfere it's meddling fingers into our economic policy because successive British Governments have betrayed the British people and have been party to the fascist-inspired European Empire who, under stability rules that we've been treacherously signed up to, state that national debts must not exceed 3% of GDP.

The Times cites the Brussels draft assessment of the British economy, which states: "The fiscal strategy in the convergence programme is not sufficiently ambitious and needs to be significantly reinforced. A credible timeframe for restoring public finances to a sustainable position requires additional fiscal tightening measures beyond those currently planned."

The Conservative shadow Chancellor, George Osborne, is quoted by The Independent as saying: "The Conservatives have been arguing we need to reduce our record budget deficit more quickly in order to support the recovery. Our argument is backed by credit rating agencies, business leaders, international investors and now the European Commission."

Reuters - which obtained the draft report - notes: "Brussels has little leverage to force Britain to follow its recommendation made under the 27-country EU's budget discipline rules. Britain is not a member of the 16-nation euro zone so cannot be fined for breaching the deficit limit."

Nonetheless, this will be a humiliating day for Labour, and our unelected Prime Minister, Gordon Brown.
