Nigel Farage: My apologies, bank clerks

UKIP's heroic Nigel Farage defended his right to free speech today after his tongue-lashing of Emperor von Rumpy-Pumpy last week.

Nigel - speaking to BBC2's Daily Politics today - was remaining unrepentant... and so he should.

He did, however, concede some ground - and issued an apology to bank clerks the world over for any offence they were caused.

And quite right, too. Comparing poor innocent bank clerks to that Emperor von Rumpy-Pumpy bloke was well below the belt.

We hope bank clerks will graciously accept Nigel's apology.
