And now they have a useful idiot who proposes scrapping jury trials...

I have just discovered, via the BBC, that we have someone paid for whatever she does under the remit of her job title: "Commissioner for Victims of Crime".

We have a one of those do we? That's nice.

Except it is not nice.

Only, Louise Casey - for it is she (apparently) who is the "Commissioner for Victims of Crime" - has gone and given out the useful idiot message.

Yup... utterly clueless about the constitution and Britain's role as a standard bearer for justice over the last eight hundred years, Casey is proposing the end of trial by jury for "lesser crimes".

Of course, the suggestion is wrapped up in a leftist "think of the poor victims" packaging. But the end-game of the proposal would be a totalitarian police state - the orgasmic pipedream of socialists and other assorted leftists.

I hate these people. I really do. And hatred isn't good. But they honestly make me sick.

Thankfully, the BBC had some counselling on hand for me with a quote from Isabella Sankey of Liberty.

Sankey explains: "Ms Casey was a political appointment of the last government and has a long record of hostility to Britain's fair trial traditions."

A political appointment of the last government?

That explains it all.

And Casey can f*** right off. No, that wasn't eloquent. I'm starting to lose the patience to bother thinking of polite words for these people.

  1. Now you're seeing the bigger picture. I no longer use asterisks to cut up expletives. They are there for a reason to express anger and outrage and hence why I leave them, naked as they are for all to see. I hope it offends because it's about time society was offended, by the offence of being offended! Fuck political correctness, socialism and liberalism.

You are of course right. They say the road to hell is paved with good intentions, but there's no good intention here for outcome is already known. It is merely a stepping stone in order to get there faster.

Britain used to be the bastion of liberty and integrity, that was until is was subverted by you know who. What can change this? Well a waking up by the majority. If they choose to remain asleep there will be nothing they can do to force back the police state. They have the chance today to do so, while it is still a fledgling, but they won't for they do not want to offend. Pathetic.
