Two judges effectively sack Phil Woolas MP
It comes after a case brought by Liberal Democrat Elwyn Watkins who complained about statements in Woolas's election literature.
What a great date November 5th is...
And what a pity that we, the people don't constantly take the entire stinking lot to court over their election literature nothing-but-lies.
