Quote of the Day: 28th December 2010

"So my advice to the British is: Hold on, my friends, to the great charters on which your own constitution -- and the American constitution -- stand. Hold on: Magna Carta of 1215, the Petition of Right of 1628, the Bill of Rights of 1689. And fight to destroy the Lisbon Treaty and its oppressive and undemocratic Charter of Rights which wants to sweep the ancient rights of the English-speaking peoples all away -- even though the EU law says you now have no right to engage in such a fight."

- Mary Ellen Synon in her Daily Mail blog demonstrates, yet again, why her stock is high around here...

  1. Sir,
My heartfelt congratulations and thanks. You are at the top of your game! Your blog is always spot-on and my first and last read every day. My only regret is that you are not updating every hour! (I'm a spoiled brat i know.)
Seriously, this blog is a beacon of hope for all true patriots throughout this country and beyond. Don't falter or feel isolated in the months ahead 'cause you, along with other like-minded free men and women have lit the blue touch paper of freedom and the fuse is smoldering yet rapidly accelerating to the spectacular awakening of our national psyche and ultimate conclusion of the restoration of our nation and our rights under our centuries old laws. God bless all who drink from the freedom cup and be sure "We the People" are behind you and walking with you side-by-side as we advance our righteous cause and reclaim our glorious land and heritage. Happy New Year and remember, "Who Dares Wins"

  2. That's incredibly kind of you to say, reiverdave - thank you, sincerely, for taking time and trouble to give such kind encouragment.

I would hope that all I am doing is reflecting - normally - a sizeable slice of public opinion. That is, after all, all I am - just an ordinary member of the public with eyes to see and thoughts I want to express.

I think the biggest part of what we do as bloggers - both authors and readers - is about letting each other know that we're not alone in thinking as we do.

Certainly, that's what I take most strongly from being part of the blogging community.

So, here's to 2011. Let's hope it brings us some joy, both privately and as part of the ever more vocal community of patriots.

    Happy New Year! TTC
