David Cameron: The (timely) "multiculturalism has failed" speech

A nice antidote to the poison of the Labour Party's electoral gerrymandering policy? (a matter of public record)

Is Cameron's speech too little, too late?

A timely intervention that spook central - who surely monitor blogs, Facebook and so on - advised Cameron that he needed to make?
